01

Who We Are

SVASTHO is a preventive healthcare platform operated by Tapanta Group. We provide health check-up booking services, home sample collection coordination, and digital report delivery across India.

When you use SVASTHO — through our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel — you are sharing information with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

If you have questions about this policy, contact us at tapantagroup@gmail.com or call +91 78220 66258.

02

What Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways — information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.

Information you provide directly:

  • Full name and age
  • Phone number and email address
  • Home address for sample collection scheduling
  • Health package selected
  • Preferred appointment date and time
  • Any health notes or specific instructions you share with us

Information collected automatically:

  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited on our website and time spent
  • Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
  • Approximate location based on IP address
  • How you arrived at our website (search engine, referral link, etc.)

We do not collect financial data such as bank account numbers or credit card details. Payments, if processed digitally, are handled through secure third-party payment providers.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for the purposes directly related to providing you with our services. Specifically:

  • To confirm and schedule your health check-up booking
  • To coordinate home sample collection with our phlebotomist team
  • To process your sample at our partner NABL-accredited laboratory
  • To deliver your health report via WhatsApp and email
  • To call you back to confirm your appointment within 2 hours of booking
  • To send you reminders about your upcoming appointment and fasting requirements
  • To respond to questions and support requests you send us
  • To improve our website, packages, and service quality

We do not use your personal information for automated profiling, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose unrelated to your health check-up.

If you book a package, we may contact you at a later date to remind you about your next annual check-up. You can opt out of these reminders at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us.

04

Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only with the people and organisations directly involved in delivering your health check-up. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We share your information with:

  • NABL-accredited laboratories — to process your blood and urine samples and generate your medical report.
  • Certified phlebotomists — to schedule and conduct your home sample collection. They receive your name, phone number, and address only.
  • Doctors reviewing your report — where report review is part of your package, your report is shared with the reviewing doctor.
  • Technology service providers — such as WhatsApp Business API providers used to deliver your report. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and do not use your data for their own purposes.

We may be required to share information with government authorities or regulators if required by law. In such cases, we will notify you unless legally prohibited from doing so.

05

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your information is stored securely. We use industry-standard security measures to protect personal and health data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Retention period: We retain your booking information and health reports for a period of 3 years from the date of your last booking. This allows us to provide year-on-year health tracking and comparison. After this period, your data is deleted unless you request otherwise.

If you would like your data deleted before the retention period ends, contact us at tapantagroup@gmail.com and we will process your request within 14 working days.

Your health reports remain your property at all times. We do not use the contents of your report for research, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering your results.

06

Your Rights

You have the following rights over your personal information:

  • Right to access — You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time.
  • Right to correction — If any information we hold is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it.
  • Right to deletion — You can ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.
  • Right to opt out — You can opt out of appointment reminders and any non-essential communications at any time.
  • Right to know — You can ask us what data we hold, why we hold it, and who it has been shared with.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at tapantagroup@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 78220 66258. We will respond within 14 working days.

07

Children's Privacy

SVASTHO services can be booked for children and minors. However, bookings for individuals under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing consent on behalf of the minor.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email if you have an active booking with us.

Continued use of SVASTHO services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy. If you disagree with any changes, you can stop using our services and request deletion of your data.
