Terms of Service

By booking a health check-up package with SVASTHO — through our website, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel — you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your booking. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Section 01

Who We Are

SVASTHO is a preventive healthcare coordination platform that enables individuals and families to access clinically relevant health check-up packages through NABL-accredited laboratories and certified diagnostic networks.

SVASTHO is operated by Tapanta Care Pvt Ltd. When you book a service with SVASTHO, you are entering into an agreement with Tapanta Care Pvt Ltd for the delivery of health check-up services as described on this page and on our website.


Section 02

Our Services

SVASTHO provides the following services:

  • Curated health check-up packages for individuals and families
  • Home sample collection by certified phlebotomists at your chosen address
  • Processing of samples at NABL-accredited partner laboratories
  • Digital delivery of test reports via WhatsApp and email
  • Guidance on report results and recommended next steps

SVASTHO is a coordination and service delivery platform. We are not a hospital, a clinic, or a diagnostic laboratory. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services.


Section 03

Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a direct confirmation call from our team. Submitting a form or sending a WhatsApp message constitutes a booking request, not a confirmed appointment.

  1. You submit a booking request via our website form, WhatsApp, or email
  2. Our team calls you back within 2 hours on business days to confirm the appointment
  3. We confirm the date, time slot, address, and package details with you verbally
  4. Your booking is confirmed after this call

If we are unable to reach you within the stated timeframe, we will make two additional attempts before treating the request as pending. You may also initiate contact via WhatsApp at +91 78220 66258.


Section 04

Your Responsibilities

By booking a service with SVASTHO, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information including your name, phone number, age, and address
  • Fast for 12 hours before your scheduled sample collection unless specifically advised otherwise by our team
  • Be available at your specified address at the confirmed appointment time
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or allergies that may be relevant to the sample collection process
  • Ensure a safe and accessible environment for the phlebotomist at your home or collection address
  • Not share your test reports or results publicly in a way that attributes them to SVASTHO without our consent

If you fail to fast for the required period and do not inform us before the visit, your results for fasting-sensitive tests such as blood glucose and lipid profile may be inaccurate. SVASTHO will not be responsible for inaccurate results arising from failure to follow preparation instructions.


Section 05

Pricing and Payment

All package prices are displayed on our website and communicated during the booking confirmation call. Prices are inclusive of home collection charges and lab processing. There are no hidden fees.

  • Payment is collected at the time of sample collection or as agreed during booking confirmation
  • We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods as communicated by our team
  • SVASTHO reserves the right to update its prices at any time. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed during your booking call
  • You will not be charged more than the price confirmed during your booking call without your explicit consent

Section 06

Sample Collection

Home sample collection is performed by certified phlebotomists who are part of our verified partner network. The following conditions apply:

  • Our phlebotomist will arrive at the confirmed address during the agreed time slot (typically 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
  • If our phlebotomist is unable to reach you due to access issues, incorrect address, or your unavailability, the visit may be considered a failed visit. A rescheduling fee may apply.
  • Samples are collected using sterile, single-use equipment following standard safety protocols
  • Collected samples are transported to partner labs in temperature-controlled conditions where required
  • In rare cases where sample quality is insufficient for testing, we will arrange a re-collection at no additional charge

Section 07

Reports and Results

Test reports are generated by NABL-accredited partner laboratories and delivered to you digitally via WhatsApp and email within the timeframe specified for your package.

  • Report delivery timelines are 24–48 hours for most packages and up to 72 hours for Package 1 (Full Body) due to specific test requirements
  • Reports are the property of the patient and are provided for personal health reference
  • SVASTHO may include plain-language explanations and flagged value notes alongside your report. These are informational only and do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis
  • If you believe there is an error in your report, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will coordinate with the lab to review and, if necessary, retest at no charge

Section 08

Medical Disclaimer

SVASTHO is a health check-up coordination service, not a medical provider. The information in your reports and any guidance we provide does not replace the advice of a qualified doctor or healthcare professional.

Your test results should be reviewed and interpreted by a licensed medical practitioner in the context of your full medical history and physical examination. SVASTHO does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

If any of your test results indicate a potentially serious health concern, we strongly recommend consulting a doctor as soon as possible. Do not use your SVASTHO report as the sole basis for any medical decision.


Section 09

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the confirmed collection time at no charge
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment may be subject to a service fee
  • If SVASTHO cancels your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full rebook at your preferred time or a full refund
  • To cancel or reschedule, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 78220 66258

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

SVASTHO's liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services
  • Decisions made based on your test results without consulting a qualified medical professional
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our control including but not limited to lab processing delays, extreme weather, or logistical disruptions
  • Inaccurate results caused by your failure to follow fasting or preparation instructions

We take our responsibility to deliver accurate, timely services seriously. However, certain factors are outside our direct control and we cannot accept unlimited liability for all outcomes.


Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the SVASTHO website — including text, design, package descriptions, and branding — is the property of Tapanta Care Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without our written permission.

Your test reports are your property and may be shared with your doctors and healthcare providers freely.


Section 12

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of SVASTHO services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We strongly prefer to resolve any issues directly and informally before any formal dispute process. If you have a concern, please contact us first.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active customers via WhatsApp or email.

Your continued use of SVASTHO services after any changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
